I would assume it just clamps to the bed rails like any other cover. You should be able to install with a wrench or socket, probably about a 9/16. I wouldn't trust strapping it to the roof of anything either...

Yup Very Easy. I have one. If it is the low profile caps and not like a camper shell you will need a basic ratchet and adjustable wrench. Too bad Mine wasn't red I would trade you. lol I am looking for a good shot gun. lol

Lol, they would know something was up. And my Mom hates my truck. She is short. Some how I ended up 6'6" so I sit right into my truck. She has to climb up in it. And mpg is 12-16 in my truck compared to 16-20 in expedition.

Yup very true. I got the same random Gene. My mom is 5'6 " and my dad is 5'5" so how I got 6'1" I dunno. lol

my are was 4 clamps that used a single 1/2 bolt to attach it to the truck. i could have the clamps off in a matter of minutes, putting it on takes a but more time due to alignment but still not bad maybe 10 minutes on a bad day
