Because the genius who signed the right of way for the pad put it close to a creek.. It's not standing water its flowing water and it's flowing pretty good.. I shut them down before the DEP shut us down....Their looking for any excuse to shut us down anyway. and it's just for saftey reasons.

im not familiar with hydrofracturing but as the saying goes no pissin off the shakers. when i was in colorado we had a pusher whip it out behind his shack that backed up to a county rd and some residents drove by. not good for business lol

Oh believe me I know.. I'm always respectful when it comes to that lol I make sure I'm well off the beating path.NY state has a drilling moratorium in place so we can't work in the state of NY because they are saying the Fracking is bad for the enviorment so they just shut us out.. and only being 20 min from the NY border (we are working in PA) and as much media is on us as well as the landowners we all make sure that everyone is on there best behavior as well as myself. We are not the most "Popular" folks up here needless to say. I get the finger a lot Having Oklahoma tags.

drill baby drill. we used to get it bad in gods country they would hold town meetings in our hotel and bash us while they reaped the benefits of our taxes and income not to mention heat and electricity. i have only ever drilled for natural gas. here in ok all is well we dont get shit from anyone i love it

Yeah gas is what were after. we are drilling in the Marcellus Shale.. and I am the one who has to go to the town meetings to speak about the drilling.. So I get the brunt of the storm lol. Yeah these people around here don't realize that 92 Million people have jobs because of this Oil & gas stuff not to mention all the local jobs we bring to the area..But that's a different "story" don't hear them complaining whe they go home to there 2,100 sq ft home that is nice and warm in the winter...
